Orchid Life was established in 1393 (2014-2015) with the aim of providing services and answering questions for patients using medications marketed by Orchidpharmed, as a pioneer department in patient support.

Orchid Life offers its educational and consulting services nationwide with an experienced team, free of charge, immediately after the patient begins treatment. Orchid Life is equipped with a 24-hour call center staffed by an experienced team, available around the clock to answer questions and address issues of patients using Orchidpharmed’s medications. This is to assist patients through various stages of the treatment process (acquiring medication, beginning treatment, and continuing treatment) so they can complete their treatment with greater ease and in less time. Our priority at Orchid Life is the improvement of health, maintenance of patient safety, and respect for their dignity at all stages of service delivery. The fundamental goal in our interaction with patients is to strive, in the best way possible, to meet their needs and build a relationship based on trust between the patients and us.
